Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of social media — from building content calendars and creating visuals to analyzing performance and refining strategy.

This is a remote position with a flexible schedule of approximately 10 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

●      Create and manage content calendars for multiple client accounts, aligned with strategic messaging and key events

●      Develop custom content for each client, including graphics, short-form video, and written social copy

●      Collaborate with BSPK’s strategy and design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling

●      Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and participate in online conversations (some evening/weekend coverage may be required)

●      Analyze performance and engagement data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

●      Review reporting and present updates during internal team meetings and brainstorming sessions

●      Contribute ideas for new campaigns, content formats, and strategic opportunities for client accounts

Who You Are

●      Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/PR, Graphic Design, or a related field

●      1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation (agency experience preferred)

●      Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms

●      A creative storyteller with strong writing skills and an eye for visual content

●      Comfortable working with analytics tools and campaign performance reporting

●      Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

●      Self-motivated, collaborative, and excited to be part of a growing team that works hard and enjoys the process

Tools & Experience

●      Social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred)

●      Project management software (Asana)

●      Photography and photo editing

●      Canva graphic creation

●      Video content creation
